4. Payments & Refunds

• Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers; Elura Code does not store raw credit card details.
• Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified, all purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital, energetic, and transformational nature of the work. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and systems provided through Elura Code Services (including but not limited to videos, PDFs, audios, exercises, codes, transmissions, activations, and system frameworks) are owned by us or licensed to us.

• You may not reproduce, share, modify, or resell our content without prior written permission.
• A limited personal-use license is granted to clients and participants solely for their own growth and integration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Elura Code makes no guarantees of specific results.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
• You are solely responsible for how you apply insights, practices, or recommendations offered.

7. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

• Our Services may involve breathwork, meditation, energetic, or spiritual practices. You should consult with a healthcare provider before engaging if you have any medical or psychological concerns.
